赔偿标准

对于少件、缺货、破损的快件如收件人收到的快件重量、数量、件数不符、破损的快件，请收件人收到包裹24小时内向目的地DHL的反馈丢失或破损情况。并在7个工作日内将收件人在当地登记的备案号、事故证明提供给我司，以便向DHL的调查索赔。如经DHL核实后，最高赔偿为免运费，赔偿包裹的申报价值，最高不超过100USD，部分破损或丢失需按实际丢失数量占总数的百分比赔偿，但最高赔偿不超过USD100。由于海关抽查造成的快件丢失快件在经过海关时，海关打开邮包检查，可能导致邮包丢失、邮包内物品（全部或部分）丢失、或被海关扣押。我司不承担由此带来的任何责任。

申报品名时需要填写实际品名和数量。不接受礼物或样品申报。
申报价值

DHL对申报价值是没有要求的，客户可以自己决定填写的金额，建议按货物的实际申报价值申报，以免产生高额关税及罚金。

收件人地址

DHL不接受P O BOX邮箱地址，必须要提供收件人电话,填写的以上资料应要用英文填写，不接受其他语种.

特别注意事项：

寄往尼日利亚的货，单件重量不能超50KG，单票不超50KG，建议拆分为多票，每票重量不超过50KG；
寄往安哥拉的快件，单件重量不能超50KG，单票不超250KG；

寄往突尼斯的单件重量不能超30KG，单票不超40KG；

寄往阿尔及利亚的快件，单件不能超40KG；
